At the last Creative Session on Saturday, I decided to try something I’ve wanted to experiment with, a moonlit forest. I will probably do another to get the look I’m going for, but I am quite pleased with this little experimental piece. 11″x14″ acrylic on stretched canvas.

A couple weeks ago I painted this wave piece, full of thick texture and complimentary colors, blending the sunset’s warmth into the ocean coolness. It is a 24″x30″ acrylic on stretched canvas. This month’s Creative Session at Guma’ Tasa was a nice chill one. I decided to experiment with creating a painting with a stained glass look. I also played with a lot of water. My creative session partners were painting a sculpture, a multi-piece gift for someone, landscape and more. =)
