24″x24″ acrylic on stretched canvas, this highly textured piece features a native flower to Guam, called Guasåli, or torchwood. Many locals on Guam are pushing to declare it the official flower of Guam, in place of the current flower, the bougainvillea or “puti tai nobiu” which is actually an invasive species brought in to Guam. Metallic bronze paint is coated throughout the piece to give it a rich elegant feel, a wholesome piece to add to any home or office space.
