The Tumon Sands Art Gallery held its grand opening on May 7th, now open for business showcasing artworks for sale by Guam artists. The current participating artists are: Mark Murer, Monica Baza, Filamore P. Alcon, Desmond Mandell, Cielo Delos Reyes, Yeon Sook Park, Tiger Chang Hee, Moe Cotton, Tania Keachele, Mar-Vic Cagurangan, and Andrea Murer. The Gallery expects to rotate the artworks to showcase a variety of Guam’s local artists. What I love about this gallery is its upscale, clean and fresh feel. It is a space that you enjoy being in, and want to stay and explore the artworks showcased. I look forward to seeing the growth of this gallery, found in the Tumon Sands Plaza.
