This weekend Amanda Young and I put together a Kombucha Workshop, held at Nuts & Grains in Tamuning. Amanda gave a full on demo and presentation on what kombucha is, what are the benefits, and how to make your own at home. She even gifted out a whole bunch of scoby to get everyone started!
We will definitely do this again. The next workshop though, to continue the fermented foods theme, will be on cultured veggies (like sauerkraut).
