During both adventures to Bali, I visited the Sekumpul Waterfall in North Bali. It is a breathtakingly beautiful and magical place. I would visit a hundred times or more if I could! When you get to the bottom of a million stairs or so, you walk across a bridge over the river, up alongside the mountain a bit, through a shallow creek part of the river, and then come to the bank and pool of this tall and powerful falls. You feel the mist in the air like a constant gust of wind from the impact of the water. There are two parts of the falls, the main pool, and up a rocky hill there is another impact zone where the water falls. It is gorgeous, and healing.
