Magical Day


*Loreeena McKinnet music or other peaceful sounds.

*Candles, essential oils, whatever “goodies” you’ve got on hand

*Sage or other dried herb bundle (you can even make one from dry sage leaves you can find at the grocery store)

*Create a (literal or imaginary) sacred circle of space around yourself, envisioning a wash of pure white & gold light filling you with joy.

*Sit with peace, simply breathing & smiling, for as short or long as you like
