At Creative Indeed, every artwork, class, and creative experience is prepared with care and intention. Please review the following policies before making a purchase or booking a service.

By purchasing from Creative Indeed, you acknowledge and agree to these policies:

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of original acrylic paintings, Creative Indeed does not offer refunds or exchanges on completed artwork purchases unless:

• the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, or

• the wrong item was delivered.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damage.

Prints & Merchandise

All sales are final on prints and merchandise, including apparel, mugs, tote bags, greeting cards, and similar items purchased IN STUDIO.

Refunds for all prints purchased online via the Creative Indeed website are handled by FineArtAmerica.com and Pixels, the print-on-demand company that is used to fulfill print merchandise.

Art Supplies

Art supplies, including paint sets, brushes, books, canvases, easels, aprons, and related materials, are generally non-refundable, though an exchange may be allowed if item is unused/undamaged and desired replacement is available.

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & PROGRAMS

Creative Canvas & After-School Programs

Enrollment reserves a limited space in each session.

Because preparation, staffing, and materials are planned in advance:

• missed classes are non-refundable,

• no refunds are issued for absences or no-shows,

• makeup classes are not guaranteed.

If a student withdraws early from a multi-class session, partial credits or accommodations may be considered at Creative Indeed’s discretion depending on the circumstances.

If Creative Indeed must cancel a class, customers will receive either:

• a full refund,

• class credit, or

• rescheduling options.

Open Studio Sessions & Workshops

Workshop and studio session fees are generally non-refundable.

Customers who provide at least 48 hours notice may request to transfer their registration to another available session when possible.

No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

PRIVATE PAINT PARTIES

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve a private paint party date.

The minimum booking deposit is equal to:

• 6 participants at the current per-person rate.

This deposit secures:

• scheduling,

• preparation time,

• staffing,

• materials,

• and reserved studio availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Events canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled event may be rescheduled based on availability.

• Events canceled less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

• Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled event are considered final and non-refundable.

Creative Indeed reserves the right to reschedule events due to emergencies, severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

COMMISSION ARTWORK POLICY

Commissioned artwork is custom creative work based on the client’s requested concept and the artist’s individual style and interpretation.

By commissioning artwork from Creative Indeed, the client acknowledges:

• familiarity with the artist’s style,

• understanding that artwork is handmade and interpretive,

• and acceptance that exact replication is not possible.

Full payment is generally required before work begins.

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork:

• payments are generally non-refundable once work has started,

• revisions may be limited,

• and completed commissions are not eligible for returns.

In rare situations, partial refunds or studio credits may be offered at the artist’s sole discretion.

Creative Indeed reserves the right to decline commission requests that are not a good fit for the artist’s style or scope of work.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates:

• are non-refundable,

• may not be redeemed for cash,

• and are treated like cash once issued.

Creative Indeed is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

PAYMENT METHODS

Creative Indeed currently accepts:

• cash,

• PayPal,

• and major credit/debit cards through SumUp.

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Creative Indeed to attempt resolution.
