Created these at the last Creative Session. Both pieces surprised me by evolving beyond my vision and intention. They pretty much created themselves, which I guess is what almost all my paintings do!
A 16″x20″ metallic dream. First layered with oceanic blues, then in the middle a warm & passionate diamond shape representing the heart with love inscribed, then layers of metallics over all for a luminescent glow.
A larger version of the Island Goddess, as requested by a server at Pika’s Cafe, when the smaller one was purchased by the owner for the women’s restroom sign. Below is also an Island Man, to couple with the smaller Island Goddess to be placed above the men’s restroom at Pika’s Cafe.
A custom intuitive painting, 16″x20″ on stretched canvas. What looks yellow is actually a metallic gold that shimmers in the light. Painting is now happy in its new home.
